Summer is awesome for grilling hamburgers and relaxing with your family. Most of our family won't eat a regular old beef hamburger, so I started using this recipe many years ago and it's since come in handy with my picky eaters. For today's Wellness recipe, we're sharing our ground chicken burgers! This delicious and healthier alternative to beef burgers are able to cook a few ways, which is great on the nights you don't have time to fire up the grill.
Ground Chicken Burgers
Serve with your favorite burger sides and condiments. Baking this dish is so fast and easy, I find myself using it the most often. However, for our anniversary my husband bought me an awesome cast iron skillet with two sides, and we've grilled more often these days. I've had these burgers every way you could imagine, even in a George Forman grill back in our parent-less days. Using fresh onion is a delicious addition if you like onions or try mixing in some BBQ sauce for a tangy taste.
