We're lacking in the outside Christmas decoration department since we were apartment dwellers for so long. However, now that we're in a house, there's an unspoken pressure in my neighborhood. I'm constantly being blown away by the elaborate displays that have popped up every day since Thanksgiving. Think Tim Allen and Wilson, but none of the neighbors actually talk to each other very much and only in my own mind. We may be a few years from entering in this imaginary competition I've completely made up. Until then, I'll use my powers of craftiness to get the ball rolling. One day I will have a gigantic Bumble sitting on our lawn, frolicing with elves in fake snow. Until then, These adorable, easy, and cheap trees will have to do.
